The Grief Counseling Program Manager oversees the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of Hospice SLO County’s Grief Counseling Program, which consists of individual and family grief counseling to bereaved individuals. This position provides training, leadership, and mentorship to a team of staff and volunteer grief counselors.
Hospice SLO County is currently seeking registered Associate LMFTs or Associate Clinical Social Workers to provide short-term grief counseling for residents of SLO County.
Hospice SLO County’s counseling program consists of individual, family, and child counseling, as well as support groups, community grief response and community education. Training and clinical supervision meeting BBS requirements is provided.
Stipend available for pre-licensed associate level clinicians at $20.00 per client contact hour.
