Tile of Life
For a loved one, for yourself, or for an organization
Hospice of San Luis Obispo County invites you to participate in its Tile of Life Program. Establish a lasting legacy and help support Hospice services through the dedication of a Memorial Tile. Individual hand-crafted ceramic tiles embossed with personal signatures are placed annually in the Hospice Memorial Tile Garden.
If you have any questions, or would like to dedicate a Memorial Tile, please call Donna or Chris at Hospice of San Luis Obispo County at 805-544-2266. You may also stop by our garden any time you wish to experience our sanctuary, our address is 1304 Pacific Street in San Luis Obispo.
