International Survivors of Suicide Loss Day

November 19, 2016 - 10:30 to 3:30pm

Survivor Day is the one day a year when people affected by suicide loss gather around the world at events in their local communities to find comfort and gain understanding as they share stories of healing and hope. Please join us at Hospice SLO as we join the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention and over 300 other communities worldwide in remembering loved ones. We will:

- Screen Life Journeys: Reclaiming Life After Loss, a new AFSP-produced Survivor Day documentary that traces the grief and healing journey that follows a suicide loss over time.
- Have the opportunity for group discussion
- Enjoy a light lunch
- Have the chance to participate in an art workshop

Due to limited space, only the art workshop requires pre-registration, but registration helps us greatly in our planning. For more information please call Tony Huffaker at Hospice SLO at (805) 544-2266.
